The Pelican fountain, also known as the „buttons’’ is located in front of the Plovdiv Municipality. It’s one of the symbols of the city and the name „buttons” originate from the shape of the seats that surround the fountain. The water of the fountain is illuminated in different colours which light up in the evening.
